Glass in Architecture: An Illustrated Talk

John Wilcox will lead an illustrated talk on the history and development of window glass and architectural glass treatments.

See various distant & local examples of amazing glazing on this virtual tour, including examples of prismatic cast glass, vitrolite and stained glass. Ask John " how do they do that?" and he just might answer.

John Wilcox is an experienced glass craftsman and proprietor of the award winning studio, Vitreous Glassworks.

John has restored thousands of windows of many of our most prestigious structures including, Royal Ontario Museum, Sharon Temple, Massey Hall, St. George's United Church and many others.

John offers active participatory insight into our local history. Don't miss it!

The program will be followed by the Annual Business Meeting of TAC.
