Many of Toronto's great buildings, old and new, have resulted from the city's role as an industrial and financial centre. Hear the stories behind these architectural gems ranging from the waterfront where the city is constantly reinventing itself to the skyscrapers of the twentieth-century metropolis.
Discover how the coming of the railroads changed the Victorian townscape just as today the redevelopment of the Kings is turning industrial districts into residential neighbourhoods. Learn to read the history of the city written in brick and stone.
