Parks Canada, in partnership with Heritage Canada, is happy to offer a two day workshop in St. John's on September 29th and 30th. "Windows Conservation for Historic Places" provides an overview to the maintenance and repair of historic wooden and metal windows, including inspection, diagnosis and conservation; performance and life cycle costing; security and protection. Day two will feature a variety of hands-on demonstrations of tools and techniques for the repair and maintenance of historic windows.
