The North York Community Preservation Panel, in partnership with E.R.A. Architects and Heritage Toronto, is sponsoring a free forum on modernist architecture in the former City of North York. Topics include a description of features of modernist architecture, the current state of modernist North York buildings and steps that should be taken to preserve this valuable, but often unappreciated, resource.

A new publication featuring the properties (plus some others) identified in "North York's Modernist Architecture" (published in 1997 by the City of North York) will be available for purchase ($10).
