From Issue No. 107 | November 27, 2007

From November 15 to December 15, 2007 the story of Luise Herzberg, Astrophysicist will be on exhibit with a collection of photographs, artefacts, and textual record.

She faced the classic professional woman's challenges, such as combining family and career, and being blocked by nepotism rules plus several others such as being a refugee, living in a time of global depression and war.  In addition, she was in the shadow of a world-famous husband.

Lusie Herzberg, Astrophysicist A Regrospective takes you from her childhood to her final decade, when she is recognized as a full-time independent scientist.

Exhibit produced from the unpublished memoir written by Paul Herzberg, son of Luise and Gerhard Herzberg.
