UPCOMING COURSE on INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE

Join us in Medicine Hat, AB, for HA 489A Industrial Heritage at the Medalta Pottery National Historic Site with Lorne Simpson, Conservation Architect, June 2-7th.

In June, 2014, it will be one year since a major flood at the Medalta site. Extensive flood mitigation is underway and will still be happening at the time of the June course. For those interested in disaster recovery it will be a great opportunity to see it in action.

Medalta is the centerpiece of a 150-acre Canadian National Historic Site in Medicine Hat, AB. The iconic factory and beehive kilns, set against the dramatic clay cliffs of the South Saskatchewan River, inspire artists, visitors and students: http://medalta.org/
