Heritage Preservation Services has been directed by City Council to review and recommend changes to the Heritage Property Tax Rebate Program. An extensive review of the program has been undertaken by City staff in order to develop a revised model for the program. This Community Consultation meeting is intended to share the proposed changes to the Heritage Property Tax Rebate Program and receive feedback. Owners of designated heritage properties, including those protected by heritage easements, as well as commercial property owners who are in heritage conservation districts currently under study may be interested in attending this meeting.
